Hi I'm being sent out a quick start kit but only have an openreach box on my wall. I need an engineer to do a full install but I'm going around in circles with the robot on the phone help!

After 3 hours and not being able to speak to a human I have an engineer coming out.
VM counts a 'Quick Start' that has failed for a technical problem as a fault and you are due compensation from 2 full working days after you reported the problem to VM
