Sometimes the access points in the pavement become covered when the local authorities complete resurfacing works. This isn’t a big problem as will simply reinstate it when an installation takes place. Just to confirm, I will send you a private message for some more details and I will check this out for you. Pavements are original pavements from 12 years ago when the estate was built. There are no plastic boxes anywhere in any of the pavements on the estate yet the postcode checker is telling me we can have virgin media.
