Hello,
I had to do the same thing and got a call from a network sales advisor which was a bit random as I don't even know if that was legit. We realised virgin media does not offer internet services in the new building we moved to as I was told would need to be installed but we needed permission from the owners. Anyway a few days later I get a text from virgin media saying they are sending a pre-paid package so that I can send back the router etc which is something I never asked for.

I've filled that form in so many times and never receive a response. The helpline and webchat people can't help. I've come to the conclusion that Virgin just don't want the business
