No Confirmation of Rolling Contract

My previous broadband contract was cancelled as part of a UniHomes utility package. So I decided to go stay with Virgin and get a rolling broadband contract. However, I have had no confirmation that this contract has been processed, but have been charged the £80 upfront payment twice. I have tried to get ahold of customer service but has received no reply.

    If this is your first bill this will b a double payment, the first bill always is bill 1 and bill 2. 

    Did you take the contract with you or take a fresh out one?
