No confirmation email

Hi I changed my package on 24th nov and was told my new box would arrive in 4 days it didn’t I checked again on 29th said it would come in 3 days it didn’t!! Checked again on 3rd Dec said transaction cancelled- no reason given spent 5 hours on phone and chat on this day!!!!!

Had to go through all this again 3 hours!! reordered today and told they will resend the box once I have confirmed via email- no email received checked junk etc- meanwhile I am left with no tv channels my Ariel is broken no internet - I have heart failure and house bound-  please can you send me an email I have sent it you 3 times!!!!
