Nieghbours can get virgin media

Looking at buying a house, 

I've entered the postcode on the website, but the address doesn't show up? But the numbers either side of the house do show up. 

Any idea why this could be?

    Yes, But it doesn't state Fibre yet. 

    But the Neighbours do show as being able to get Virgin Media Fibre.
