New request to move cable entry point

Hi

I'd like to arrange the movement of the cable entry point into the house. I'm aware there is a £25 charge. Can somebody please assist in getting this booked in? Thanks

    If you just wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you.

    Are you able to provide more details of your request, please?

    Is this the cable coming from the street into your Omni box, or just the cable from your Omni box that goes into the home? 
    If this is the cable from the street cabinet to your Omni-box, are you also looking to relocate the Omni-box from where it is now?

      Hello

      I've responded to your question but have had no reply.

      Could this be booked with an engineer as soon as possible please. I have building work starting soon which necessitates moving the Broadband cable entry point to another room. This will actually make the cable shorter. As previously stated it's the cable from the Omni box into the house. Thanks
