New fibre cable

Hi there I've justanaged to drop my router and snapped the fibre connection to the router and won't go back in, is there anyway I can get a replacement fibre cable please?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

    Sorry to hear you have had this issue, I can see from the system you have since spoke to our team with regards to this, were they able to go about getting this fixed through for you?
