New customer no contact from signing contract
Hi
im due to have my services installed on the 21st there has been absolutely no contact since and customer services is terrible absolutely no way to even find out if the services are going ahead when it’s been three weeks or more from I signed the contracts
Are you trying the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 ?
What are they telling you ?
