New Build With VM Box 'Currently Unavailable'

Recently moved into a new build property (Flat) and has a Virgin Media box inside however when going through the VM website, the address is shown but is saying it is currently unavailable at the address??

The address is registered on Royal Mail etc so I am unsure of the issue?

Any help is much appreciated!
