Neighbours on Virgin but I can't register

15 years ago Virgin was run in my road - Brighton Road in Crawley. But I can't access it.

I own the pipe in my drive (I had it laid) for cabling from the road, so I am just wondering if I can request a visit. Right now it just says register interest but I don't get a response. 

Is there any direction I can go to have an installation?
