need to move the cable entry point

I shall be having some building work done and need to move the cable entry point, as the wall it is on, is being knocked down. Foundations also need to be dug, so I need to know if there are any cables under the ground. Is it possible to PM please to arrange for someone to visit and advise me of the options for relocation?
