My neighbours can get full fibre virginmedia but i can't

All my neighbours seem to be able to get vigin medias full fibre internet and i can't. Virgin media seems to be the only provider in the area that can/is giving fibre. My house is the only house on hoo hill lane FY37HL. Its a lane going to an industrial estate. My neighbours who are on Bispham Rd can get virgin media's fibre. When i try entering my postcode on the network checker it doesn't find anything,so i can't click the "show interest" button. I really need better internet as theres nothing here, everyone kepts saying they dont provide here yet and 5g signal isn't always the best. The only solid internet avaible is max 10mb/s via teleiphone wire. If virgin media can get to my house i'd 100% sign up, but I don't know as i think the lane my house is on is private property. And i work from home and can't really wait a year for something to be in place

    If you are the only house on a private lane, I very much doubt that VM will go to the expense of installing cables etc for one property.

    You could try several different "trial" SIMs to see which gives the best signal, and use a 4/5G Mobile Router?
