Been asked a few times but looking to move the tv to the other side of the room. Can i leave the router where it is and just get an extension for the tv box from VM? Or do i need to get the little white box moved. Either way it seems the engineers don't leave much slack when installing.
You can get a 5, 10 or 15 M co-ax extension at no cost. Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss.

Thank you for reaching out regarding this issue! We can send out a coax cable as a means to resolve the issue. If this does not work we can get an engineer visit to see if we are able to move things around but bar this last option we would not be able to do anything else🙂
