Moving Router / Coax Entry

I would like to ‘flip’ my lounge which would require the wall box to be moved to a different entry point into the house to enable the router to be moved.

Can this still be arranged for existing customers? I can’t find an online option to assist, is a call the only way to sort?

£25 non fault call-out fee for this sort of work.  Just wait here a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss

  • Hi IanDoy1,

As confirmed by Adduxi, there is a £25 call out charge for this.

If you are happy with this, please let us know and we will message you to get this booked in.

        Hi IanDoy1,

Thank you for letting us know your query! Can you confirm when you say wall box, is this the brown omni box on the outside of your property or is it the box in which your landline is connected inside your house?

Once we have this information we can proceed😀

  • Hi Deepak

No, the internal entry point / internal box to a different location.
The hub is not currently located where the brown box is and need to move the hub to an opposite wall requiring the engineer to run a new cable from the brown box to a point where it enters the house.

Thanks for coming back to us, IanDoy1. I'd be happy to take a further look into this for you; however, I would need to confirm a few details via private message. Please look out for my message, and we can get started.
      Kind Regards,
