Moving Point of Entry
Still need help getting hold of Virgin to arrange an engineer to visit my house to move the point of entry. After more wasted time attempting to navigate the Virgin website, apps, chatbots and phone system it is still impossible to get through to anyone.
They did come back to me last week through this community chat but I wasn’t around to do the security check and now I can’t get a response despite e-mailing them.
Can someone from the Virgin team please respond to this chat so we can arrange a time for me to get through your security and get an engineer booked in.
