Moving ONT box

Hi,

I'm having some home renovation works done and want to move the fibre optics box to a different wall in the same room. Rang customer service, but couldn't get through to a real person, did get sent a link that eventually took me to a page where I can book an engineer visit to investigate non working internet. Does anyone know will this standard engineer visit be able to move the box, or do I need to try something else to book a 'special' engineer visit to move the box?

    VM should do cabling changes for a £25 non-fault call out. A VM forum person should be able to arrange it when they reply here, usually within a few days.

    A pic may help and might increase the chances of a tech turning up with the right equipment/materials to do what you want.

    A standard fault visit won't be able to complete a relocation of connection point.
