We can certainly look into this for you. Can you please advise, are you looking to move your omni box, the cable from the street cabinet to the omni box, or the cabling from your omni box into the home?
If this is external cabling work, please can you provide images of the cabling you're looking to move and where you're requesting the new route to be? We cannot guarantee that the new route will be possible, but we can raise the request for investigation for you.
