Moving a buried Fibre and removing phone line

Hi - I'm another person trying to book someone to come and move our VM fibre cable and also to remove the existing phone line. We are about to commence a large renovation project and need this doing as soon as possible. Please can someone from the tech team get in touch?

    You just have to report it as a fault.

  • Thanks - yes I've been round the option 2 route a few times (i saw your earlier advice) and not got anywhere as its not a current fault with the service.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
