As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  The standard non fault call out fee is £25 for such work.

If you upgraded your speed to increase your Wifi range that's not a solution.

  • that was a suggestion from technician after changing the HUB to try moving it to different location to get range in other rooms.

Yes, moving the Hub is a viable suggestion, a speed upgrade is not.

      Hi shrikant
      Welcome to the Community Forums.
Sorry to hear of your WiFi range concerns. We recommend that the router be as close to the middle of the home as possible to give the best coverage of all the rooms.
If you're happy to move the router away from the centre of the home, if that's not where you're looking to locate it, then this may affect other rooms that would then be further away. There is a charge of £25 for a relocation request, which is our standard call-out charge.
With the above in mind, and if you're happy to continue with this request, please join me in a private message so I can locate your account and pass the account security.
