Move router to another room

I'm looking to move my router and it's connection from the living room downstairs to my home office upstairs, so that I can use a wired connection for work. Previous threads seem to suggest there's a fixed fee of £25.00 for this service. Can someone who can arrange an appointment please reach out?

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
