Move connection point

Hi,

When I moved into my house, there was already a broadband and phone connection point for Virgin.

Now decorating and renovating.

Can I book an engineer visit to relocate the connection point from corner of the house to central hallway? Sure I paid an installation fee even though kit was sent and I just plugged in.

Don't seem to be able to find the right route on virgin help to book an engineer for this.

Will be easy as floor are currently up.

    Standard £25 non fault call out fee for this sort of work.   If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss directly with you.
