Move Cable Entry Point

Hello

We had our virgin media broadband installed today. The engineer installed a new entry point at the front of the house. However, we have reviewed the work and are not happy with the entry point. The cabling looks rather untidy and we don’t feel enough has been done to hide it.

We would like to arrange an engineer to come and move the entry point to a different point as it currently looks quite messy.

Can this be done? We are aware this will likely require a call out charge and are prepared to pay.
