Move Cable entry point

I'd like to move my cable entry as the TV is on the other side of the room. I've read on here that VM can do this based on a £25 callout. Hopefully an admin will spot this and post a link as I can't find anything on the VM website.

    Sadly it's not possible to do this online.
    If don't mind, I’ll need to send you a private message to pass security first though.
    If you can check the envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
