Move cable entry point
I need to move my cable/broadband entry point. I go round in circles on the telephone line - any ideas how to get this sorted?? Thanks

There would be a £25 non fault call out charge (it used to be £99) to do the work you require.
You should call 150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults)
Or wait a day or two and a member of the Forum Team should pick this up for you and arrange a tech visit.

Just to confirm. are you looking to relocate any external cabling from the cabinet to the property, or are you looking to relocate/rewire equipment internally?
Hi, I’m just looking to move internally in the same room. The cabling comes to the outer wall and then runs along externally 5m and through into the room. I want the entry into the room moved onto another wall. Technically the external cabling just needs shortening by 5m and the internal box and connection moved to another wall.
