Main connector loose

Hi,

The connector on the main broadband cable that comes into the house has become loose and any movement on it stops the Internet signal. It looks like a compression connector and the cable is slightly thicker than the standard cable used for everything else, so there is no way for me to put it back on. How do I book an engineer to replace this as there doesn't seem a way to book one on your site.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
