Joining Virginmedia

I recommended Virgin to my parents. When they tryed to sign up online it was awful!!! There was no option to add a homephone line or any call package and no option to add an extra TV box. Honestly I don't know who does this online but you have just losted two customers as there friend was going to join too. They have now opted for SKY TV. Wake up VirginMedia trying to push customers to take service is not the way to go!
