Instalation delayed!

Hi all! 
I am new to virgin media. On the 25 Feb I made an order with the pack and the instalation it suposed to be on 11 March. On last Friday I received and email that it's gonna be delayed until 27 March. I called back and they've said that they need to do some work outside.. which is suposed to do it until 11 March. Not sure why they extend it.
Do I get any compensations for the delays ?

  • I’m sure you can cancel your contract with Virgin or o2 in a timeframe they decide. Personally I’d think of this as a lucky escape. Run

      Hi!

      I want to make sure that my installation will be on 27 March and not delayed again. In this case I might cancel it.

        Cancel. See if they come back with a better deal. Not much confidence starting a contract it those terms
