Hello, I was wondering if you can please help. I wanted to verify a field sales advisor. He seemed genuine enough but when I looked up his number it came up as spam and negative- it had been looked up over 300 times so l felt nervous switching to virgin after seeing that. Would be so grateful if you could help. Thank you.
Bear in mind that even if this person is genuine, he will be on commission to sell you whatever is most profitable. Not every promise may happen, as others have reported on here.
You can't do better than buy direct from the Virginmedia website, where everything is down in writing.
