I want to move virgin internet from house to garden office.

It’s currently working well coming into an upstairs bedroom so I need a non-fault engineer to come and help me relocate the connection.  Will virgin be able to help me achieve this?

What is it you are asking VM to do? Move the VM hub out into a garden office?

How will you provide connectivity/wi-fi in your home if the VM hub is in the garden room?

Most topics requesting this would be resolved by running ethernet cables from the VM hub out to the garden room and putting a network switch/wireless access point in the garden room.

VM would not do that work but a local contractor (electrician, computer tech etc.) would.

      Hi obtomhotmail,

      Thanks for posting 😊

It would be a £25 charge to move equipment, it would also be worth mentioning as goslow has said, this may affect the signal around the home.

I've popped you over a private message to get a few more details from you.

Reads like I have a problem and want VM to cause another problem when hub is moved to the garden office.
