Hub relocation

I need to move my hub to the other side of the room and require a longer coax connector cable. I believe 3m is the longest that can be provided which should be sufficient. How to I go about requesting one?

  • Hi DLW46

Welcome back to the community forums.

We're able to order you a longer coaxial if this is what you need rather than a physical location.

A physical relocation of the router would be a £25 call-out charge for an engineer to set this up. The coaxial cable lengths are 5 meters, 10 meters and 15 meters.

Let us know if you'd prefer a relocation ordered or if you're happy with a 5 meter cable instead?

      Hi

Thanks for the reply. A 5 meter cable will be sufficient to be able to relocate the hub in the room.
