Hub 5 Power Cable

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know how to obtain a new power cable for Hub5?

The current one seems to lose all power unless it's positioned in a very specific way... any knock it loses all power.

Can i get one from Virgin or do i need to buy one?

If i need to buy one can anyone let me know what I'm looking for/provide a link to one if that's allowed!

    It should be replaced for free. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
