Just upgraded to 1gb and have had a new Hub 5 delivered to replace my hub 3.
Is the coax cable a push fit, screw on or both ? It has a sticker on the cable installed by the engineer saying push fit but on the Virgin setup installation video it says to screw it on.

The older cables were screw in but the modern cables are a pouch fit.
We stuck with screw fit cables with a hex-nut that can be turned easily with a small spanner.
Push fit cables lack the hex-nut and may need considerable force to remove / re-connect.
