Hub 3 replacement
Permanent red light for a couple of months now but it is not overheating.
Went through whatsapp process and eventually received a replacement power cable which has had zero effect. Still have the red light.
I am stuck in a "do you have whats app?" loop on Whatsapp (go figure!)
I need an appointment raising for a replacement to be delivered/ fitted ASAP
