how to provide review for technician?

I had a broadband issue today, and your technician, Wayne (ID: 15994), came to fix it. He sorted the main issue quickly and went above and beyond by resolving a long-standing broadband problem too. Excellent service. He deserves a 5/5 or 10/10. Could you please let me know how I can leave an official review, and also pass this feedback on to his manager?
