Hello
I’m having the same issue as the above as the salesman got my name & email address wrong. There is no account number or area reference on my Contract Information Sheet.
Any help would be great!

Is there any fix to this? Not able to contact anyone by phone either as I do not have an account number

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
Contract summary's will not usually include an account number unless you're already an existing customer. You'll receive a separate welcome email with this information once the account has been set up for you.
If your services are already active, and you've not had the welcome email, pop back and let us know and we can then check things further for you.
