How do I get external connection removed?
Hi, does anyone know how, once you've left you get Virgin to remove all their 'pole to house' wiring?
My connection came from the telegraph pole rather than underground and I'd like it all removed.

wait for staff but i think you wont get far with it - they dont remove 'normal' cables so getting them back to do that will be difficult - you can remove all the internal stuff yourself and the external box but the overhead wire will likely have to stay
Most likely similar to Openreach (BT) ?
The wires are left and not removed when a contract is cancelled
Yeah, the internals went when Lightspeed fitted theirs. But the pole to house cable, and mounting hook was left as they're not allowed to touch it. But its a mess, and I'd like to remove it, I'm not adverse to just chopping the cable and wrapping it around the pole and taping it in place.
