I’m no longer a Virgin Media customer but need to get an engineer out to remove my wall box. Any ideas?

If you want the inernal cabling removed, that is a DIY job. Take it back to the omnibox outside and disconnect there. If you are being really thorough, cap the end of the outside cable with a terminator.
If you mean the outside omnibox and cable, VM's usual response is they won't remove that unless it is a H&S problem.

Thank you so much for your help. The interior cable was removed so it’s the internal and external wall box plus external cable i need sorting.
Yeh, looks like they’ve moved my info request 👍- Robert_PForum Team
Hi Dexter911
Thanks for posting in regards to your Omni Box (the external wall box) and it's removal. We can see you have posted this in another thread, we ask not to raise multiple threads for the same issue as this can convolute the issue and lead to delays in getting support.
We can see we have replied to the other post so will arrange for this thread to be closed.

As advised above, VM will not usually remove the external box or wiring unless there is a H&S issue. Since there are no harmful voltages in the box, that seems unlikely. You can ask, but the answer will probably be in your own hands.

Hi Dexter911
Thank you for your post, welcome to the Community Forums.
We're afraid that we won't be able to come out and remove the omni box from the property as this would cause issues for any potential new orders at this address in future. We can only apologise for any inconvenience this causes, but please feel welcome to remove this yourself if you do not want the omni box/unnecessary cabling attached to your property.
