How can i book an engineer

I have been stuck in a chatbot, text link, WiFi failure circle of hell for over an hour.  I gave no WiFi, I have switched off and on multiple times, checked connections multiple times, I need an engineer.  My contract is up for renewal very shortly I doubt I will renew now, especially if this doesn't get sorted out
