House Registered As Business Instead of Residential

My new home is not showing in the Virgin Media Residential post code checker but is showing in the Business post code checker. The previous owner had a business account. After three hours on the phone with both the Virgin Residential and Business teams both make it my problem. I am trying to spend money with Virgin and they just shrug their shoulders. What’s their deal and why won’t they help?

Having to consider alternative providers and the connectivity to the house is owned and operated by Virgin. This is complete madness!
