Haven't recieved a confirmation email or my router after it was supposed to arive 2 days ago

I have ordered a new router that was supposed to arrive on 7/3/2024 but still nothing to this day and also haven't recieved a confirmation email and can't login into my virgin media due to needing my account number form the confirmation email
