Gone away form received - New home owner
Hi there,
I ordered a new broadband plan on Sunday (04/02/24) for my new house which was to have the router be delivered on Wednesday (07/02/24). Today I have gotten an email saying that a "Gone Away Form" has been received.
I've looked at the forums and I believe it's due to the previous owner not cancelling their service. Unfortunately I don't have an account number in order to create a virgin media account and speak to someone there for help.
Could I get some assistance for this please?
