Gig1 Broadband Install Date

I have ordered an upgrade from 500Mbps Broadband to Gig1 on the 21st October, and haven’t heard anything since regarding my order. There isn’t anything showing up regarding my order on my VM App, so I’m not sure what’s happening with it. 

Can one of the Mods please DM me to look into this to this matter. When I purchased this upgrade, it stated 7-10 Days for install, and we are currently on Day 10 and I haven’t heard anything, or even received the new VM Hub 5. 

  • This is the exact same as me. I ordered 8 days ago (23/10). Heard nothing. Not in my orders or appointments in the app. No one can help me just send me to and fro to different departments. Not received new hardware. It’s a nightmare
