FTTP Broadband install delays

Good afternoon,

Just after some advice, currently live on a fairly new estate and have Nowtv fibre via copper comming through the underground ducting.

Engineers attended 2 weeks before live date to do pre pull works, on live date engineer advised that the pre works had not been complete due to a car being parked over the chamber.

Rescheduled live date turned up day before can't complete works for same reason as above? on checking my CCTV from both visits they don't appear to get halfway up the driveway before scratching there heads.

I have contacted VM via phone and they have not been much help just said it will happen before engineer live visit tomorrow.

To me it looks like they have hit a blockage in the ducting? The driveway is a shared drive, who would be responsible to carry out any dig works? both neighbours either side have upgraded theirs recently without issues.  I do believe there are tarmac patches near where the engineers lay there rodding implements this has been there since I moved in.

How can I find out more information.

You could try calling the Installations number 0800 052 1734, but the VM installations process is so broken that they may not be able to tell you what is happening.

In a new build estate, the ducting is built in at the start to avoid digging up newly laid surfaces. Hopefully this will not be necessary.
