Extend cable entry point

I have a similar issue - I would love an engineer to upgrade the external cables and bring into property at a new point while we're doing major renovation works and rewiring the property. I couldn't book anything via the call centre, nobody showing up...

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. There's no cable upgrade as such yet but we can do a relocation. The cost is £25.
