Do I need to book a engineer ?
I had vm broadband years ago 11 years ago to be precise and was disconnected and now I signed up to vm broadband do I need a engineer or can I connect my new broadband hub to the old socket.

I have opted for self installation quick start kit and haven't book a engineer to install my new broadband hub but I had vm broadband back 11 years ago. My question is will I be able to install/connect my new broadband hub to the old vm socket or will I need a engineer to call out to install it.

I need advise regarding a vm socket that was installed 11 years ago that hasn't been used for 10 years? Can I connect my new broadband hub to the old socket and will it work.
