CableTel but no virign media box. Can it be used?

I ordered Virgin Media but I am unable to locate a virign media socket. The only thing I found was a box from CableTel (picture below).
Can it be used?

That will be from one of the previous companies taken over by Virginmedia. It should work, if it doesn't you will need to phone for a manned installation.
