Cable in wrong room

Hi. I just moved into a new house. The cable runs up the wall and enters on the 1st floor. I'm really keen to get cable into the floor below. It's this something's that Virgin engineers can help with? It's a pain as I want to use the TV box on the ground floor.

    VM will move the connection for £25. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
