Due to some upcoming building work I need to look to move the entry point of the main Virgin cable to a different location of my house.
From looking at other posts around this there is no longer an option to arrange this over the phone and it needs to be done via a mod through this community? Is that the correct process still?
Standard £25 non fault call out fee. If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss with you directly.
You can do it over the phone, all you do is go through the process as if it’s a fault so you get to talk to an agent.
