Cable discovered above ground

Hi,

We've recently had a large, long hedge at the front of our garden removed and replaced with a fence. When having the hedge removed, we've discovered that our Virgin cable is not buried and was simply laid on the ground under the hedge. It is now completely out in the open and at risk of being driven over by cars/delivery vehicles etc. Can it be arranged for Virgin to attend to bury the cable? Please note, the cable was pre-existing from before we bought the house.

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
